Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Q: What materials are your rugs made from?
A: Our rugs come in two options:
- Classic Line: Plush, soft polyester with a silk-like texture, low pile, and water-resistant.
- Washable Line: Thin chenille polyester with a no-pile design and non-slip backing.
Q: Are your rugs pet- and kid-friendly?
A: Absolutely! Both our Classic and Washable lines are designed to handle everyday life with ease—no shedding, durable, and easy to clean.
Q: How do I clean my rug?
A:
- Classic Line: Vacuum without the beater bar, spot clean minor stains, and opt for professional cleaning for tough stains.
- Washable Line: Spot clean with soap and water, or machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry—don’t use a dryer.
Q: Do I need a rug pad?
A: While optional, we recommend using a rug pad for added cushioning and to extend the life of your rug.
Returns and Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: While we don’t typically accept returns because our rugs are made to order, we want you to be satisfied. You have a 15-day window to return unused rugs in their original packaging. Contact us via the Contact section on our website.
Q: What if my rug arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
