Rugolution Shipping and Return Policy

At Rugolution, your happiness is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in delivering rugs that transform your spaces, and we’re here to make sure you’re thrilled with your purchase. While we don’t typically accept returns because every rug is made to order, our main goal is your satisfaction. If something doesn’t work, we’re here to help.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Your rug will typically ship within 5-7 business days after it’s crafted.

  • As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow its journey to your door.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Retail orders over $100 ship for free (U.S. only).

  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us directly to discuss options. International orders will incur a shipping fee.


Your Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your address when placing an order—accuracy is key!

  • Important:

    • It’s your responsibility to provide a safe, secure, and correct address.

    • Orders marked as “delivered” by USPS/UPS/DHL cannot be refunded due to fraud concerns. Ensure the address you provide is reliable.

    • We’re not liable for packages claimed as lost when tracking shows delivery to the address provided.


Returns

15-Day Return Policy While we don’t typically accept returns because our rugs are made to order, we understand things don’t always work out. You have a 15-day window to return unused rugs in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized rugs are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us via the Contact section on our website. Provide your full name, phone number, order number, and a description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it in—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
