While we don’t typically accept returns because every rug is made to order, our main goal is your satisfaction. If something doesn’t work, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You have a 15-day window to return your rug if it doesn’t work for you. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized rugs are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, we’re committed to making it right! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Simply go to the Contact section in the navigation bar at the top of our website. Please leave your full name, phone number, order number, and a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Shipping the Return: Carefully package the rug in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
